If your subscription expires, your active listings are automatically paused and hidden from public search. They remain in your dashboard and can be reactivated once your subscription is renewed. No data is lost during the lapse period.

Agency owners can invite team members from the Team page in the Agent Portal. Team members can manage listings and leads but cannot access billing or subscription settings. The number of team members allowed depends on your subscription tier.

When a tenant submits an enquiry on one of your listings, the lead is stored in your Leads dashboard and a notification email is sent to your registered email address. You can manage lead status (new, contacted, archived) from the Leads page.

Yes. From your Agent Dashboard, click the edit icon on any listing to update its details. You can also change the listing status (active, let agreed, archived) or delete listings entirely. Bulk actions are available for status updates and deletions.
